What Is Woof Box?

It's a box of dog-filled goodies delivered monthly from the dog-obsessed Woof team, directly to dogs and their people. Each box is curated for each unique pup and tells a different story with paw-picked toys, treats, packaging, and more.

What comes in a Woof Box?

Our classic assortment is 2 paw-picked toys, 1 bag of nutritious treats/chews, 1 bag of good dog biscuits, and more surprise goodies, all packed in a custom mailer box each month. After your first box you can talk to the team if you need to tailor your assortment if something else would work better for you and your pup.

Toys: Paw-picked with intent and tested by Woof's own Woof Pack. Every shape, color, squeak, and crinkle is there for a reason-- to make your dog happy

Treats: All-natural and made with ingredients you can pronounce! Maximize your dog’s health and happiness in one. Our treats are either home made in the Philippines or globally sourced with all-natural and healthy ingredients. Talk to us if your pup has allergies or other special dietary needs

 

How does Woof Box work?

You subscribe and choose your Woof Box plan-- sign up for a 1, 3, or 6 month subscription starting at P650/month. Tell us more about your pawsome dog-- share their size, if they have allergies, and their birthday. Get the Woof Box delivered every first week of each month and prepare for some insane tail wagging all month long!

 

How much does a Woof Box cost?

Our classic Woof Box has at least P1,500 worth of exciting toys and delicious treats and goodies. The more boxes you sign up for, the lower your monthly cost. Your pup will thank you for it!

6 months (our best value plan): P650/month

3 months (our most popular plan): P750/month 
1 month (our most flexible plan): P850/month

I just signed up! When can I expect my box to arrive each month?

Welcome to the Woof Pack!!! We are so happy that you and your pup (or pups!) get to enjoy these monthly goodies.

If you reside in Metro Manila, boxes take 1-2 business days to arrive in your pup's paws from shipment. For Provincial addresses, it typically takes 3-4 business days from the ship date to arrive.

Each month, boxes are shipped within the first week of every month. Once your box is on the way, you will receive an email with a tracking link with an estimated delivery date.

When should I sign up if I want to receive this month's box?

Woof Boxes are curated and paw-picked for each doggo and are delivered on a monthly basis. We ship out boxes beginning the 1st week of every month-- when you place an order, you will automatically be included in the following month's shipment i.e.:

a) Order placed on the 15th --> shipment will be between the 1st-7th of succeeding month

b) Order placed on the 30th --> shipment will be between the 1st-7th of succeeding month

c) Order placed on the 5th --> shipment will be between the 1st-7th of succeeding month

What are your payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Credit/Debit card via Paypal (no need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal)

2. OFFLINE: Bank Online Transfer or Deposit via BPI

3. OFFLINE: GCASH

 

If you choose OFFLINE PAYMENT such as Bank Transfer or GCash, please settle the payment within 48 hours otherwise the system will automatically cancel the order. Please email your proof of payment to:

Can I buy Woof Box products anywhere else?

Right now, you can only get Woof Box products through the monthly subscription or through our newly opened Woof Shop! You can be the first to know about new launches when you sign up to our newsletter here.  Watch out for limited edition treats, toys, and even pup costumes! New releases are announced on our Newsletter and Instagram page @woofbox.ph
